Has The Tire Industry Scammed Us Into Believing Tire Derived Fuel Is Recycling And Not An Environmental Hazard

Has the tire industry sold the world a bill of goods just so they can cheaply discard of 150 million-plus scrap tires every year in an environmentally unsound and polluting way?
